The Clavius Harvest Series

The Clavius Harvest Series is comprised of science fiction time travel novels written by Madeira Desouza. The series explores an alternate universe in which an ancient, invisible extraterrestrial civilization discovers that it is addicted to human ecstasy.

You may be wondering: Why is the word harvest in the title of this series?

In the specific context of this series of science fiction time travel novels, the word harvest refers to how the extraterrestrial civilization (known as "the Ezuoia") perceive of the human species. Their perception is that humans are good for only one thing--being accumulated for consumption.   Humans = Harvest

The Ezuoia are invisible because they have zero mass. Since they have zero mass, they have no mouths or taste buds or stomachs or digestive systems. The Ezuoia do not consume people in the sense of eating. So how is it that the Ezuoia perceives of the human species as a harvest?

Here is the chilling answer:  There are "other" aspects of the human species which gives the Ezuoia reasons for their accumulation of people. One is how the Ezuoia are addicted to human ecstasy: The Ezuoia cannot live unless they vicariously experience human male sexual arousal and ejaculations. Beyond ecstasy, the Ezuoia cannot resist consuming other emotional traits which all human males often have--anger, fear, panic, tension and so forth.

The Ezuoia engage in a form of galactic gardening or galactic farming. They treat the human species as livestock (or slaves) which are theirs to harvest.

You can expect this series of science fiction time travel novels to dig deep into the treatment of humans as livestock or slaves by an extraterrestrial alien civilization.

Clavius Deep (2026) is the first release within The Clavius Harvest Series. The second novel (not yet titled) will be released during 2027. The projected number of individual novels in this series is at least three.
